PP lining is very low cost material and generally preferred in place of Rubber lining for solvent and Oxidants.
PVDF is a hard, tough and impermeable lining suitable for use with bromine, phosgene and other volatile toxic compounds. Its excellent resistance to abrasion makes it the lining of choice for abrasive & chemically aggressive slurries.
ECTFE is resistant to strong acids, organic solvents, chlorine and aqueous caustic. It is not stress cracked by any organic or alkaline fluids. It has extremely low penetration rate.
FEP / MFA / PFA / PTFE provides chemical resistance to virtually all commercially available chemical compound used in chemical process industry. |
