We undertake all types of lining to various industrial equipments, tanks in M.S. RCC, PP, HDPE, SS pipeline.
This is usually done to avoid corrosion in many industrial equipments mentioned above. Also some acid / alkali handling tanks get corroded easily due to its high temp.
In such cases if we provide appropriate lining with having high distortion temp which could meet the need of solution stored in the tank it could increase the life of the vessel.
We also undertake lining to the flooring in many industrial areas where there is high possibility of corrosion due to splitting / handling of acid / alkali or other harmful chemical solutions stored in the equipments.
To check the quality of lining i.e. if any air pocket is created a spark test can be done.
To avoid getting air pockets while lining specific rollers are used while coating the surface. Usually to get the best result the coating should be done in the dry atmosphere.In damp atmosphere there is maximum possibility of getting air pockets.
Also the lining should get its entire curing period of at least 72 hours to get a good quality of lining.
